I purchased this oven last year, and although I like the features. I have had loads of problems and repairs. Beware you have to fill out a warranty card or else you will only get one year guarantee and not the 5 years as advertised when I bought it.

Pros: Great features. Pyroclean is very good.
Cons: Timer a bit of a pain to set, you have to hold the button while it reaches the required time and does not go higher than one hour. After sales service poor.
