Juicer arrived

Product never arrived
I ordered a Philips juicer and it has never arrived. Customer service is terrible and I am worried this is a scam website - the customer help line sounds like they are based 10,000 miles away. I'm also worried that it's the same guy on the poor quality phone line...so a bit of a one man show. I have requested a full refund - not holding my breath...if i get it I'll withdraw this comment
