Terrible experience!! I ordered a fan cooler from their website but keep waiting more than 15 days. Definitely no tracking order functions on the web, and I have to check the order status via email or telephone. I sent email to them after 10 days but nobody replied, and I have then to call the expensive phone number (0845) for further check. The staff is not helpful and reluctant to hear my story. Finally they say the order is not dispatched because "out of stock".
Nobody email, phone, or text me anything and I can only refund my money back. The most terrible, their website still show "in stock" and transaction is available. You have to cancel it via telephone or your money cannot come back!!! Cheater's site and hope nobody will be hurt again.
