Almost next day service; brilliant! Price is very competitive. The product is exactly as described. Will use it again.

Order never arrived, called them 6 times and they told me it is on its way but never received the item. Poor customer service never use them again.
Pros: They couldnt gine me tracking number because they never sent the item.

Placed an order with Complete-AV on 29 Jan. To date I have chased by e-mail on several occasions and never received a response, I've also rung and been fobbed off every time. Added to this, their on-line order tracking still says "new order". To date, i'm still waiting. I wouldnt buy anything again through this store if you paid me.
Cons: Poor service, poor communication and non delivery.
