I placed an order for roof bars on the 24th of june... supposed to be a "next day delivery.. but even if the item appeared "pending" on their web site... no delivery so far and today is the 30th of june.
I've sent an email.. but no reply.. then I called their customer service only to be informed that there had been a "mislaid delivery" And they told me they were going to resend me the item.. I asked for another article (roofbars for a citroen instead of for a bmw), since the one I had ordered for the bmw was not needed anymore.. asking for a confermation email from them...
after a while.. I received an email informing me that they were resending me.. the same items!!!! NO WAY!!!
