Products that were said to have authenticity cards and serial were fake - i purchased one to check and was of much lower quality than my real one. Though i had guessed that given the price.
Bag fell apart by just hanging on a bag hook...had never used it I found that really funny.
Was of such awful condition that I wouldn't give it to my little sister as a toy.
Their pictures are all very good but the items are awful. What you pay is what you get - they are very cheap so the materials must be very cheap.
there is no service - was offered replacement if I paid half price?? I was highly offended.
