Excellent service. Support answered my queries within hours prior to purchase. I knew it was from the US and was very pleasantly surprised to find that my genuine Adobe product arrived in UK within 2 days of leaving their premises. Would definitely recommend them.

Pros: Good pricing. Good customer support. Excellent delivery by Fedex.

Their prices are excellent for genuine Microsoft software. If there is a problem, their customer support will be in touch within a few hours via email (one of the discs I received in the sealed Microsoft package was faulty and they took care of it).

Pros: Great prices, genuine software, customer service you can rely on.
Cons: You can't call them but they do respond to emails within hours - worth being patient (not one of my virtues).

Based out of US, deceitful and bad customer service. I had to pay an extra £35 for my order because it came from the US. I would not recommend this store.
