Perfume Portal 

My order arrived after almost 6 weeks, in which time I contacted Moneybookers .com and my credit card company. Yes the perfume eventually arrived, but what a disappointing experience. I had planned on using this company for more orders, but not any more. Honesty it would have been the best way to explain the delay-ie-stock is low - I would have been happy with that.

Pros: Low costs.
Cons: Not worth the bother of having to deal with the after sale problems.

I got my order eventually, after about 3 weeks of waiting. The replies I got from them when I emailed to chase it up were always very short and not overly friendly. Was quite releaved to get my order after reading other people's reviews.

Pros: Very cheap prices and cheap delivery
Cons: Long delivery time

I am at wits end as it is now over one month since I placed my order and still no sign of it nor an update from their service desk. However, they were extremely quick to take the money out of my account. Will be reporting them immediately.

I poste dthe review a few days ago , I bit a bit anoyyed that I hadn't recieved my order , this was few days after placing the order , I was a bit Impatient , so the comments I made on the website are remature and unfair.I take everything back what I said about the website .I have since got a full refund back , and the perfume was posted before I got the refund , so Evern if i had no refund I would eventually get my perfume, as It's on it's way to me .Perfume Portal told me , I can keep the perfume as a Free gift ( worth £35 ) , and I won't be charged for it .So in the end it has worked Ok for me.I have been told the perfume should come next week.The comments I made in my previous post , are ALL wrong , they have real stock to ship out to customers.

Pros: Low Prices.
Good Service.
Cons: Their website needs a revamp , maybe new graphical interface , with nice flash based anims. etc.

It is more than two weeks since I ordered from this company but I have yet to receive an acknowledgement of my order, let alone confirmation of despatch.

Their website is permanently experiencing technical difficulties that will not let you track your order.

I have no idea if they have any intention of sending the product to me, or whether this is simply a big scam.

I suspect the latter. Do not order from this company!

I ordered from this website , everything about is a scam , they lie , decieve ,and steal people's money when they place an order , they DO NOT send any goods.
They have NO STOCK , it's just a scam website , designed purely to temp customer looking for low cost perfumes , they target UK customers mainly as their website is a .co.uk one.They are based in USA , with no telephone numbers , just a po box address , once you place an order with them their scam agents moneybookers.com help them amass a fortune.
Do not order from them .

The website is a CON.
They Hold no stock.
They lie, decieve , take orders , but send No goods , how could they send anything , they have NO STOCK.
Please contact your local trading standards and the FSA about them.

Had place an order of 3 perfumes of 100ml & 90ml, I was informed through their site that the order was shipped on 24FEB'09 and received on 23MAR'09!!!!
Worst ever delivery service!!!
In addition they had charge me with an extra perfume for Men and justified as their site's fault: "We will have a check issued for the mistake in charging you or we can offer you something with the value of $25.00 and free shipping if you would like to purchase something else in replacement"

Unfortunately I have never heard from them ever again nor did they ever reply to all the e-mails I've sent!
Service & Support does not exist at all in this company or if they do have such a dept they just don't seem to care!! There is no other way I can describe such lack of indifference and inconsideration towards their customers!!
Conclusion: there is a reason as to why they only provide as a direct contact with them an e-mail service, in order to avoid any responsibility on extra charges to the credit card of any unsuspicious potential client. Strongly advice to avoid using this site!!

Not entirely convince that perfumes are indeed the original ones! I found their fragrance very light as if mixed with alcohol!

Ordered Doir Addict 2 on the 20th of february, as of the 27th of march nothing yet received.
What more can i say!

shipping took a extra couple off days found out it was problem with postal service not perfume portal but overall was very pleased with service
