All I can say is that I am happy with the service that I received - the support was great - delivery was on time and the price, well it was the cheapest I found - 2 thumbs up.

I was a little hesitant to buy from Ravsappliances after reading 2 of the reviews on here, however I thought I would go for it - the prices were great.
So i jumped in and ordered a Jvc LT32DE1 - I recieved the lcd tv 2 working days later - I must say I was very pleased with the service and there is nothing I can really fault the company on.
I later called Ravsappliances to advise them that the lcd tv had been received and that I was a happy customer. The telephone line kept going directly to the answer phone. So I sent a email. A person called Adam from Ravsappliances replied back to my email advising that they had some major problems with their telephone line but they are receiving all voice messages and reply promptly. For anyone who has concerns with this company then I hope this review puts you at ease. Give them a call and leave a voice message- Ravsappliances also sells on Amazon however the prices are much higher - Im thinking its due to the amazon fees.. Anyway 2 thumbs up from me.

I bought a Jvc lcd tv from this company and the price was great and it arrived supper fast.
Would certainly recommend this company to anyone. I am very pleased.

We ordered a television from Ravs Appliances last monday. The television was delivered on friday when we realised that it was smaller than expected and we wanted to exchange it for a larger model, or get a refund. We have contacted them twice by email and numerous times by telephone - we did this immediately as we were aware of their 7 day return policy, in order to find out how to return the television in time. The phone always goes to answerphone and we have had no response to our emails. Fortunately we have a friend who is willing to buy the television from us at the same price we paid so we have decided to avoid the hassle of chasing Ravs Appliances for a response as they do not seem willing to engage in conversation about returning or exchanging the product. We will be looking to buy a larger television elsewhere as we have no intention of purchasing from Ravs Appliances again.

Thank you for your feedback - we would like to take this opportunity to apologise for any problems which you may have faced - Please note that due to an address change our telephone line is currently faulty but we are still receiving any voice messages left. we can not recall any one of our customers wanting to upgrade there lcd tv for a bigger size however please let me mention that from a business point of view should we have received this enquiry we would of had no issues in exchanging the model for you- You are clearly correct in stating that you have 7 days to get this done and to exchange a smaller size lct tv for a larger one is fine with ourselves - we would still keep the business and have a happy customer - We would recommend you check what email address you was sending the emails to as we have no recollection of this. Please note that our after care service is just as important as is our new business section. We aim to get loyal returning customers and understand that this is done through after care.

I had a problem getting my credit card accepted to buy a camcorder, I EMailed my problem to them which resulted in a phone call to me within few minutes. The gent on the phone took the order there and then. This was late afternoon on the weds, I received the camcorder on the Friday. Excellent service. Very well done.

I ordered a Jvc Lcd Tv from ravsappliances and must mention that the service is fantastic. I got the Lcd sooner then expected and the item is in great condition. I did order 1 model and then changed my mind- It was very easy to resolve with just a phone call.

Well where do I start! I ordered a JVC camcorder on the 3rd June 2009 with money for my birthday from Ravs appliances after seeing all the positive reviews on this site. That was a Wednesday I recieved an email back to say that it would be delivered by the following Tuesday hurray I though however it did not arrive!
I tried to contact them on both the land line and mobile phone number eventually a guy answered the mobile phone. The guy I spoke to said he would check with dispatch and get back to me ummm nope this did not happen!
Since this telephone call I have tried lots and lots and lots of times to speak to him with no luck. I contacted trading standards who said that I am entitled to my money back therefore I emailed Rav and asked them to reply surprise surprise no reply!
Just before writing this I phoned again a woman answered the mobile phone and success I thought she then hung up! I have filled in a form from the bank with a view to getting my money back Im not holding my breath. I have never had difficulties buying online until this time however this company has severly dented my confidence!

We are very sorry for the bad experience you have had. Im not sure if you are aware but ravsappliances is now under new management. The previous owners had difficulties with their merchant facilities and sounds like this was the reason for your bad experience. We would recommend you contact your bank and get it sorted that way. The error sounds like a genuine error and am sure it will not be challenged.
