I made an order from Stirling Bathrooms and never got my goods. When I phoned they said there was a problem with the supplier. After 2 weeks I asked for a full redund as the goods had not been delivered. John Carroll who is the director of the company made some excuse about a delay with a refund. It has been nearly 3 weeks and I have not received my goods or a refund and they do not answer the phone or reply to my emails.
