Bought and installed Stove
Bought a Aga Much Wenlock from these guys about 2 months ago. I found the service and advice to be good. The stove arrived after about 12 days, we had a call from the delivery people who booked the delivery in.
We also got twin wall from them (they designed it) which arrived a few days before the stove, one bit was missing, I called them and the part was sent out - no problems.
Got an installer from the HETAS web site as recommended from stoves are us - Great product burning merrily away.
Cons: Found it difficult to get through on the phones sometimes.

having bought a stove from this company i had a problem with it. they did not answer their customer service line or reply to any messages left for lucy. they have refused any liability for faulty goods so i have contacted trading standards.they will take your money but if you have a problem they dont want to know even if it is under the consumers rights act. has anyone else tried to return goods or had a fault?
