    No goods no refund no reply
    Sent about 10 email, talked on the phone with reply "i will call you back" ... no reply!

    Not a company I would recomend anybody to deal with, no goods arrived even though they said they had been sent, I located a phone number (it was a Mobile) spoke to a person who said I could have a refund or would send goods again, I said I would still like the goods, he told me they would be sent by recorded delivery, after two weeks still no goods, after many e-mails that were not answered. I contacted the firm they use to collect money from your card, they were really helpful and got me a full refund, so if you have problems go to them.

    Stay away! I was conned. I was sent unpackaged scratched, worn, used goods and the product was not the model I ordered. It also arrived late. Judging by other reviews on other sites this is a scam operation. I'll be contacting trading standards and paying UK mobile Store a visit...........

    Store took order and money with confirmation item in stock. Confirmed despatch. NEVER ARRIVED. Store blamed post office then addmitted two days later that goods had not been despatched. Agreed to refund but money never arrived. Agreed to refund again when chased. Again no refund despite emails confirming refund completed. The boss should be locked up for fraud.

    Pros: There are none. This company is a scam taking money with no intention of delivering of service or product whatsoever.
    Cons: You will lose your money.

    Strange that the only positive posts are from a username Ahmed. The person who answers the phone is also called Ahmed - a coincidence??

    I have placed two orders. The first one was one item and arrived within a week.
    The second order were two items. Only one of them was in the package. I have contacted them three times using the contact form on the website, and they haven't bothered to respond.

    Cons: no customer service
    no response to e-mails
    incomplete delivery

    No customer service-have paid for goods-no reply to emails, phone calls, texts. No goods received, contacted and was told it would be chased up and i would get a call back. Nothing. Now ignoring all communications.

    I see the retailers response stated that they emailed me a returns form. I can with all honesty say that I have received no communication from them of any kind, even though I had sent two more emails plus tried phoning them again.
    Had I got a full refund it would have been £3.29 + return postage as the goods were faulty.

    Cons: now giving false response

    We placed order in April with this company(society) of a quantity of articles. Successful articles were in poor condition, not new. We made return of the goods for the fast period(delay). We always wait for the refund(repayment) until now. Do not answer in diverse messages of relaunching(reflation). Not seriousness, in bairn.

    Great stuff - works a treat. My phone looks like new again! Worked on most of the scratches on my ipod, but not on some of the deeper scratches. Still happy because my ipod looks a lot better.

    Purchased a replacment keypad for my nokia N73, took a week to arrive and on trying to fit itfound it was much thicker than the original, so was impossible to fit the facia of the phone back on.
    I contacted them using their web form on the same day asking for a RMA to return the goods, that was on the 2nd may, I emailed again on the 6th, 11th, and 23rd and have had no response. Today I phoned and no one answered, I guess they don't like refunding for faulty goods, I would recommend steering clear of this company unless you don't mind losing out if the goods prove faulty.

    Pros: Price - cheap
    Cons: Zero customer service

    Bad organization or totally dishonest. They do not respond to the requirements for want of article shipment.
    It has spent a month and itself in the hope of an answer to repeated reclamations. Order # 7177

    Bought an memory card and some spare parts for my mobile phone from uk mobile store, it was great service and fast delivery
    I bought the item on monday at 4.45pm i got the item delivered via special delivery 9am gurenteed

    Pros: would deal again 100% and would recommend to friends and family

    Lied about initial Dispatch of items. Took 43 days for item to arrive after order. Instead of new bettery sent a old used battery. Refused to answer telephone calls and very unhelpful with enquiries.

    Pros: NONE
    Cons: Dont trust this company at all. If could have been honest from the start would have prepared to deal with them again.
