Ordered a battery for work 3rd March 2011- basically still waiting apparently they had no stock and its still waiting to come in, they dont answer their phones and very rarely answer their emails, USELESS COMPANY DONT USE!!!!

Ordered battery on 10th March. Downloaded Invoice. Received no confirmation of order sent until 15th March. Tracking number doesn't work. Received another phoney order sent confirmation email on 16th with no tracking number. Still haven't received product 9 days after order. Phone number is an automated loop, email responses are automated, loads of complaints about this company.

I messed up my first order and ordered the wrong battery, There was very little fuss in getting it changed over for the correct one and have since placed another order which was delivered by UPS the very next Day, cant find these batteries or prices in the high street.
