Good price and delivered next day BUT coffee maker had no power lead and was cracked across the base. No damage to packaging. It was a Christmas present so was not opened until Christmas Day. I eventually got a refund but was accused of being a liar, thoughtless and irresponsible! Customer relations appalling.

Ordered a DeLonghi kettle and toaster set that i had seen on big brother and it is even better in real life. The items were well packed and had a fast delivery time. Arrived in perfect condition with friendly and helpfull staff ready to help with any of my queries. Would/will recommend and will use again. couldn't rate them highly enough.
