* No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Any merchandise returned without an RMA number will be refused and sent back to the customer at customer's own expense. An RMA number is valid 14days from issued date and 100% complete with ALL original box(es) and packaging materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer's box(es), manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. * We offer our Retail Customer's (note 1) a 20-day money-back guarantee on all our products. If you are not satisfied with your item because a fault, you can return it for a full refund.
