I ordered a media streamer, I was supposed to get a tracking number and tracking details, though I quickly became aware at why the prices are so competitive, theres no customer service, so please dont phone. There is no address to speak of and I searched for a while, and there is no form of real contact details on their website.... And regarding the media streamer, the completely wrong one arrived, and also they never respond to emails either! What a joke! Do your self a favour and avoid like the plague! Brian we

DO NOT even contemplate buying from this site. Order a Sony Dongle weeks ago, no confirmation e-mail, no response to e-mail or phone calls. Think I may have tracked down name and address of owner who will certainly be getting a letter from my husband who happens to be a solicitor!

Do not go near this shop. I brought item online, they took my money and have not delivered. Did not reply to e-mails, no telephone number. Now in hands of my credit card company.

Do not even try them. Their site has gone generic, with no useable contact information. I ordered a small item on January 15th 2011, the item is not traceable on their website, nor is anything else as far as I can tell. DO NOT GO THERE.

Placed an order for a Christmas present on the 17th December 2010, payment was taken straight away. I'm still waiting for delivery which is suppose to take 2 - 5 days. Its now the 4th January. No phone number to call. No response to any of my MANY emails. I'm not sure if this is a legitimate company!

Item was out of stock but never told & was still l waiting for it to be delivered 3 weeks later. Still showing in stock on the website. The payment was taken straight away but it took weeks for an email reponse from them to offer a refund. Christmas has come & gone, my family still have no Christmas presents & now VAT has gone up. Strange how the emails I recieved were signed by Sean & Carley just like the great review at the bottom...

Complete let down, no customer support. Ordered a product that was in stock on the 11th of decemeber, promised delivery in 2-5 days and low and behold, no delivery before Christmas.. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS

I purchased a plasma screen tv from Edock and was most impressed with the free 2 day delivery and the excellent customer service. The tv is brill, will deff shopping there again. Very good prices too!
