I ordered some items from them, after two weeks I hadn't received anything from them, no product no email no nothing, then I saw the previous reviews on this site and realised I needed to cancel my order and luckily was able to get my money back through paypal. DO NOT USE

Update - After 2 months, during which they did not return a single phone call/e-mail, of which there were many, Visa refunded charges in full - thank you Tescos. - I suspect, given the nature of some of the stuff they sell, Kirsty's Secrets do not expect customers to challenge phantom charges with their own bank. - In fact I rather suspect that they rely on this for the majority of their income. - Only use this site if you are prepared to fund fraudulent transaction on your cards

I agree entirely with previous comments - Payment taken over 2 weeks ago - goods not received - they will not return my calls/e-mails. - I suspect that they have no intention of honouring this transaction - my only hope is that, as I paid with credit not debit card, I can get my money back. - Good intended as valentine's present - fat chance - STAY AWAY - DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

I ordered some goods on the 24th april 2010 and i still havent got the goods yet i have phoned them and emailed them and they said we have sent them its royal mails thought and every time you email them all they say is we are sorry and have a nice day i have written to the head office in scotland and i have been given no reply my goods where to the value of £65 paided for by my debit card i have spoke to the bank they cant do anything about it so i stongly advice anyone not to order any goods from these crokks and con men they are a rubbish company they have no direct phone number and when you email them you dont get any help and they sudnt even be allowed to sell things on the internet they sould be closed down as a company and sould be charged for fraud by the police because thats what they are doing. I hope people just listen to this before you order anything from them because i dont want to see the same thing happen to anyone else as whats happened to me because it isnt nice and when you have worked hard for that money and then for it to be taken by a bunch of crokks and frauders. PLEASE BE WARNED THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED AT THATS 100% FACTS.
