I have bought three times from this company, one set for a Volvo S60 and 12 months later a set for my new BMW X3, and BMW Mini, On these occassions i visited the factory and the carpets were made as i waited, i chose the upgraded grade and edging. have been very satisfied with all my purchases and intend to visit March 2012 to get a set made for my VW Toureg. Dont know why there have been complaints as i find the company very good. Carl Mc Ferran
