Paid, no product, or contact, never replied to email or answer phone. Nochex refund money.

I have ordered a bed on the 1st October and it is now the 26th October I have had no communication at all.

Cons: The money left my account on the 1st Oct and all i have is a confirmation from NOCHEX that the payment has been made. I have emailed both Customer service and deliveries department and recieve the same message from both asking for information that i have already provided. I have re-provided the informaton to recieve the same email reply which is clearly set up as a universal reply to all addresses regardless of the content of your email. this is not really good enough.. i have called the 0845 number on 4 seperate occasions and left my contact number etc.. no body has got back to me.. where is my bed??

I have tried to contact the seller both by mail & phone no response as yet, no address on the website, Although my order delivery time has still not got to 30 days there is no response by the seller

I ordered a bed on the 4th April and I have heard nothing, it is now the 9th May, I have had no response to my phone calls, no email response etc, I find this is totally unnaceptable service and unreliable and I have paid over £500 for a childs bed and still left wondering where it is. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
