Ordered 4 craft items. One item arrived after a fortnight. The second item arrived after a month and was in fact a replacement item 'due to a stock error'. The other two items never arrived despite being charged for them. When I contacted the customer service department they initiailly stated that they would be unable to give me a part refund despite the fact they had not delivered half the order. Surely this is fraud! I was then informed that I had an attitude problem because I found this unacceptable!
