You can do this up to 7 days from receipt, but you must follow the guidelines below: 1. The item must be packed in its original branded box with all branded promotional materials intact including tissue paper and labels. 3. Please ensure that you package the item securely so that it will arrive with us without sustaining any damage. 4. We recommend that you use a carrier which will insure the value of your package as it is your responsibility until it is received by our warehouse. 5. Please ensure you include a copy of your despatch note or order confirmation showing your order number so we can identify your return. 6.
