Great product and great support. I ordered a netgear readynas box as there was a promotion running, the product was a great offer and CBC where the cheapest around. Had the item for 2 months and the unit started to have problems with the power. Rang netgear and they told me to go to the supplier which i thought was strange as my warranty is a netgear warranty. Rang CBC and they said i had to fill in a form on-line straight away i thought oh no this is going to be a nightmare. Filled in the form and had a response after 10 hours of filling in the form and i had the unit swapped within 48 hours.
