I purchased a Tiger Plus Woodburner about 3 weeks ago. Ordering Online went perfectly. Customer Service was good. Delivery on time. Product was exactly as I had hoped. I highly recommend as an online retailer.

Pros: EXCELLENT value for money. Saved £100's buy being offered the free gifts with my Tiger Plus Wood Burning Stove. Received registration plate (£60) + 5000mm Flue (£100) + Fire Cement + Fire Glove, so had everything I needed to install my woodburner. Delivery was expected within 7 working days and stove arrived on time within the 7 days. Phoned on day 5 just to confirm the delivery and spoke to a helpful and freindly member of staff that confirmed delivery. This company offered the best price on the internet!
Cons: The only downfall of this company is the website. I found it difficult to figure out how to add all of my free products with my order, which was part of the reason for ordering with them. This is more of a suggestion to improve than a Con.
