I needed a watch at short notice for my wife's birthday. The Watches by Timepiece web site indicated that the watch I wanted was in stock and promised next day delivery so expecting that the watch would arrive on the day of my wife's birthday (a Tuesday) so I could present it to her in the evening I ordered on the Sunday night. On Monday morning i received an email from Watches by Timepiece titled "Your order from Time-Piece Watch Repairs Ltd has been processed successfully" so i was reassured that the watch would be delivered on Tuesday as promised. Just after 5pm on the Tuesday I received an email from Michael at Watches by Timepiece stating that they had made a mistake and that the watch was not in stock. 5pm on my wife's birthday after being sent an email the day before saying my order had been processed successfully! Very poor business practice. They must have know the watch was not in stock on Monday (when thry were supposed to have despatched it) so should have told me then and not left it until it was too late for me to buy anything to replace it with. Anyway, this shop pretty much ruined my wife's birthday meal. Avoid. Inefficient. Poor service and possibly not honest. Rubbish,

I found a really nice DKNY watch on here, cheapest i found online, i wanted to buy it for my wife for valentines so i placed the order. Next day, i get a mail saying my order has been cancelled, without any reason, not even bothered to contact me to tell me why. Appaling service, Will never buy from again!
