    I cannot believe this company continues to operate with such bad reviews. I received a faulty counterfeit product with I returned via recorded mail. More than a month since, they haven't refunded, answered to e-mails or phone calls. It is impossible to contact them and that seems to be a common story. It now costs more in phone calls and wasted time to recoup the many from the credit card provider. Shame.

    First of all, I'm only giving them a rating of 1 star because that's the least I can give them. If minus ratings were available, they'd get minus 10. Like almost everyone else here, I believe the good reviews are fake and I've had nothing but trouble with this company. I ordered goods before xmas, received confirmation of my order by e-mail right away, then received an e-mail informing me that my order had been sent to their warehouse for picking and would be PICKED within 2 days. I sent an e-mail complaining about this time scale and was sent exactly the same -mail back explaining that the order would be picked in 2 days. It took 2 weeks for my order to arrive and, reading the other reviews here and on other sites, I consider myself lucky that it arrived at all. I noticed that the bluetooth headset I'd ordered in black, had been supplied in silver, so I immediately e-mailed them to inform them of this and asked for them to arrange collection of the delivered item, or some form of prepaid delivery in order that I could return it to them. I also asked for delivery to me of the correct item. My e-mail was ignored. I then used their online returns enquiry form, thinking I'd get a response this way but, true to form, no response. I resubmitted my claim again today, but only after I'd done a little digging through google only to find HUNDREDS of poor reviews and complaints from other people, on two other sites (this is the third and there will probably be more) complaining about; deplorable service, goods not arriving for weeks if at all, wrong goods being delivered, goods being returned for replacement but no refunds being issued and the customers attempts to contact them not being answered, and claims that fake goods are being supplied. A friend ordered from them too and has received faulty goods. Despite contacting them nearly two weeks ago, they have had no response at all! All I can say is, don't give these people your money!!! I will DEFINITELY not be ordering anything from them again!

    Pros: NONE!!!
    Cons: Terrible service. They ignore any attempts to contact them. Faulty goods delivered and no response to complaints. Wrong goods delivered and no response to complaints. This company are listed on the Rogue Websites section of The Internet.co.uk I'm so annoyed that I didn't find out about them before reading the reviews

    The company does not bother to respond to it's customers and offer the worst customer experience known to man. I also believe they offer fake goods, one of which i think i own and is now faulty. Oddsandpods is NOT safe. Do not buy from Oddsandpods. I am now taking legal action to reclaim my money.

    Avoid this company like the plague. I order a Klipsch ipod dock worth £140 from them before Xmas 2010. It took 3 weeks to arrive, and when it did arrive it was broken. I raised a return request the same day, but it took repeated calls, emails, customer complaint forms etc with them before they sent a one line email telling me where to send the faulty item back to. No offer of refunding the postage. I have raised many more complaints with them, with No response. They have NEVER answered the phone or called me back, or emailed me despite dozens of requests for them to do so. I returned the item recorded delivery, so I know they have received it back. My next step is to try and reclaim the money from Visa, and make a complaint with trading standards. Odds & Pods are con artists, they will take your money and send you faulty goods with no hope of a refund, or ever getting any kind of response from them AVOID!

    Cons: CON ARTISTS. DO NOT USE!

    I ordered a pair of headphones from this site, all seemed ok until one week after they where supposed to be sent, they did not arrive, after sending a number of emails to them I revived a message saying they had been sent and if I would like another pair sent instead to which I replied yes, after receiving a message from them saying they have been sent, I have waited another 7 days and till no product, I have since found a site with 20 pages of complaints about this site all saying the same thing, I would say avoid this site like the plague as you will be very disappointed

    Pros: good prices on the site made to lore you inb
    Cons: nothing gets delivered and no refunds

    Ordered a hogh capacity phone battery. Order classed as shipped but never delivered. No reply to emails. Terrible company. Will cancel payment with Visa after required 30 days. Never use Odds and Pods again.

    Cons: Non delivery of goods.
    No response from "customer Services"

    Ordered & Payed OK... No delivery.... No reply to emails.... No answering the phone... Contacting Trading Standards & Visa to hopefully get my money back.

    No product no refund! I ordered Jabra Headset on 04.12.2010, they sent order confirmation but no product! They ignored my phone calls and left voice messages, they did not call me back, only once on 17.12.2010 'no surname' Mike offered me different product by e-mail, when I did not accept his offer and cancelled the order - that was it - no response since then, no product, no money back! Is 08.01.2011 I reported them but it is a loooong way, keep away from this fraudulent 'company'. They scammed lots of people already. Danuta

    I ordered some headphones stated as in stock, they took the payment £140+ I got a confirmation e-mail. Checked on web site two days later said still processing order, I emailed for approx. delivery date, No reply. The reviews I read on another site was mainly good, but after reading ShopMania reviews I decided to cancel so e-mailed manager got quick response also response to my original e-mail saying that they were sent the wrong model (meant to have been in stock) reason for delay in dispatching. I paid by credit card and they did cancel & refund without any problem.

    Pros: Good prices & products
    Could be a good company if they played it straight.
    Cons: Lack of communication phone goes straight to answer message saying there busy

    1 month later ordered iPad doc, hasn't arrived, ignoring emails, and phone calls. I have reported to trading standards. Don't take my word for each, do an Internet search before you by, convinced 'happy customers' must be staff!

    There is major issue around communication as the company does not respond to emails or messages left on the answer machine ( no one answers the phone), there is no physical address (PO box). I have purchased headphones over six weeks ago, I thought I was paying a fair price also checked reviews so thought this was not a scam - also used google shopping so assumed the company would've been checked Only afterwards I found that over people experienced similar problems with O&P. Unboxed version has been dispatched - unsure if this is used item or a fake one. In addition some parts were missing. I have been trying to get the item exchanged but was unable to contact or get any responses from Odds and Pods after six weeks I still didn't get any refund/ exchange and it seems like I am left with unwanted pair of headphones and lost my £80. I do not recommend.

    Ordered goods never received and can't get my money back.

    Pros: cheap prices (unfortuantly in this case they are too good to be true).
    Cons: ordered gorillia pod SLR and Ball head .
    They take your money OK but you never get any goods.
    They also never answer emails or any left phone messages.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, unless you like being ripped off.

    this is the first time i have actually created an account just to make a review as i don't want anyone else to stung by this company

    This is xmas season...n obvioulsy u would be experiencing delays in orders. I have been ordering a lot from Amazon n there has been delays. but recently, for the 1st time i ordered from Odds and pods, a sony MDR 570 headphone.....cheapest online deal compared anywhere...even bestbuy or currys etc....and great delivery service. It came in 2 days !

    I posted yesterday about this despicable company. Now have contacted Trading Standards and the police. Hopefully will get somewhere. Seeing about taking them to court.

    Pros: At least i can post this and tell everyone not to even consider trading with them. Look at the consumer reviews, they are terrible. I really got caught here.
    Cons: Lousy company that takes cash immediately from your account and then doesn't send goods and doesn't repond to you. BE WARNED.

    I ordered late November, money was taken instantly as was an email saying order has been despatched. It is now late December and after numerous emails and telephone calls to answer machine, I have not received my order or any reply to my communication. This website is defiantly a scam intent on obtaining money by deception.

    No iPanda and now no communication. I ordered an iPanda for my daughters xmas on 25/11/10 and recieved an email on 26/11/10 stating that it would be dispatched within 2 working days; payment has been taken from my account. On 8/12/10 I contacted OddsandPods enquiring about the non delivery and on this occasion recieved a prompt reply from someone called Mike stating that it was stuck at the local sorting depot in Portsmouth. Royal Mail had assured him that it was on its way and would be delivered within next few days. When it had not arrived by 16/12/10 I contacted the company again by email. This time there has been no response at all. I have now sent at least 4 emails all with no response. I filled in a Contact Form, no response to it then a Complaint Form about the lack of the response; no response to it or the telephone call I made leaving an a message on voicemail. I am now emailing on a daily basis pleading even for a tracking number so that i can chase up the product myself. For me this is totally unacceptable customer service and is by far the worse I have had in a number of years dealing with online retail. I note from other entries on this site that other customers have recieved the very same product I have ordered and I think to myself - have they just been the lucky ones.

    Bad Customer Experience. I ordered goods on 03 Dec from Odds and Pods. They took my money and sent an E-mail stating goods sent by Royal Mail and would be with me in two days. It is now 21 Dec and nothing has arrived. They have not responded to phone calls or E-mails. I have now contacted Trading Standards in Portsmouth. I am going to check with the police tomorrow and also have a telephone call with my solicitor. Having now read the numerous bad reviews about this company i hope they are shut do wn. I will not rest until either the goods arrive or I am refunded in full. I would strongly recommend you think twice before dealing with these despicable people! By Susan Mills on Dec 21, 20100

    Pros: None whatsoever with the company. On the other front, the law. Reported them to Trading Standards and getting ready to report them for theft to the police. Looks like they are taking thousands off people with no goods being sent.
    Cons: Don't believe they are legitimate. They take your money and then don't send goods. Sounds like theft to me. No reply if you try to contact them. Telephone is not answered and E-mails unanswered.

    Emailed shop twice to enquire about availability of Sennheiser headphones as they were £15 cheaper than anywhere else and was concerned about stock and delivery in time for Christmas - particularly in view of the other alarmingly poor revues. They haven't responded to emails and therefore, I have purchased elsewhere. Cynically, I doubt they have any stock and advertise at low prices to get the sale and then you have to wait weeks for delivery as other people have experienced.

    Seems like SCAM do not use. I have placed order on headphones from odds and podds early enough to get ready for Christmas. This has been sent without original packaging and with items missing (warranty documents, manuals cable clip, cleaning tool etc.) I was unsure if the item has been used before also if original (fake)? For the past two weeks have been trying to get in touch with the company in order to query or return but there is no response, address provided for correspondence is a PO Box: PO Box 900, Portsmouth, PO6 9DF Called number of times - no response - left massage but no one got back send number of emails but no replay, also used the return form on odds and podds website but received email back asking not to use it again and informing that someone will get in touch but again no response so far. This seems like a virtual company without any respect for their clients - once you paid there is no way you will get your money back!

    Cons: lost my money
    possibly fake or used items sold
    impossible to communicate with the company
    impossible to return or get refund

    Without any doubt the WORSE company I have ever had the "pleasure" of dealing with. Initial order took over 5 weeks to complete. Defective items returned STILL haven't been sorted over 4 MONTHS after order. Communication is TERRIBLE, regularly taking over a week to respond to emails. Promises are regularly broken. Items which I have been told will not be in stock for weeks are still for sale on their website. The list goes on....

    Pros: Cheap prices to attract attention.
    Cons: All of the above and more. This is the first bad review I have ever written.

    I bought some Dr Dre beats headphones form these guys, and they arrived and all was well, but when they broke I sent them back to be repaired and now they will not respond to my emails at all. They have essentially stolen my headphones from me DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

    Ordered a pair of original Apple headphones from Odds & Pods, but was sent a pair of chinese pirate copies. I have since tried to contact them but they don't reply. Next week I'll contact the police to get this solved.

    Major delays in delivery, I doubt the goods were despatched when the automated email says they were. Worst online retailer I have dealt with; bad comms, e-mails made no sense with words missing and didn't respond when they promised. Still awaiting goods. AVOID.

    Pros: Cheap. You get what you pay for!

    They sent me a refurbished (though sold as brand new), broken ipod dock and I've been trying to return it for 2 weeks, but they've not responded to my repeated emails.

    Pros: sorry, but when you receive a clearly used item sold as brand new that is BROKEN and they don't even acknowledge you when you request a return, it's not exactly a winner.
    Cons: As detailed above. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!
